Part of improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in structural engineering firms begins with intentional recruitment for technical (and other) staff. Panelists will discuss considerations in evaluating candidates, where and how we recruit new employees, and inclusive interview strategies that reduce bias and provide equal access and opportunity for all candidates.
