    Mentoring and performance feedback can have an outsized influence on the growth of structural engineers, and are powerful tools for developing and retaining talent.  The SE3 Committee welcomes you to explore these topics through an interactive presentation of actionable strategies and the data that informs them, followed by a fast-paced speed mentoring session.  Food will be served.

    Schedule:

    5:15-5:30 - Arrival and Registration

    5:30-6:00 - Dinner and Presentation

    6:00-6:50 - Speed Mentoring

    6:50-7:00 - Wrap-up 


    The event will take place on the enclosed rooftop at 1700 K St NW, at Farragut West and Farragut North Metro.  Many thanks to host and sponsor, Walter P. Moore and Associates.

    Rebuilding Together

    Rebuilding Together is a nationwide home repair and rehabilitation initiative dedicated to keeping low-income homeowners living in safety, warmth, and independence through volunteer services. 

    We received the project house assignment and performed a site visit to the house. We have estimated several projects for the house. After the assessment, additional demolition and preparation are required at the house prior to the Build day. 

    We plan for April 1st, 2023, as the Demo Day for Rebuilding Together. Please use this event registration for signup and show interest in volunteering for the demolition day on 4/1/2023.

    Rebuilding Together

    Rebuilding Together is a nationwide home repair and rehabilitation initiative dedicated to keeping low-income homeowners living in safety, warmth, and independence through volunteer services. On this day, Rebuilding Together teams from all over the country will arrive at their project homes to repair and improve as much as can be done in one day. This year our project will be located in Washington, DC. We hope to have a team of around 20 to 30 people.
