Gary Strand (SGH) and Rose Rodriguez (BKV Group) will walk thru the basics of becoming a good project manager, and training good project managers. Along the way, we will compare the actions of a “meh” PM called Bert to the actions of a good PM called Ernie. Can you learn to be an Ernie?
