This film focuses on the structural engineers who ensured the safety of first responders during recovery, helped stabilize structures, and prevented the Hudson River from flooding the NYC Subway system. Join us to hear firsthand accounts and to learn how 9/11 has influenced building design and emergency response to keep the public safe. The program will include a reception with light refreshments. There will be a brief introduction by SEAoNY and NCC ACI committee member Bill Lyons of Euclid Chemical as well as time for Q&A.
