Eric Martin, AIA, Principal, brings to the studio both his technical and computer capabilities with an attention to detail, building systems, and construction knowledge. He has been responsible for the planning, management, design and production of building documents for various project typologies and sizes.
Eric is involved in every process from proposal to realization with a commitment to the built environment. He believes that the interaction between a user and a building is a relationship that must be reinforced at every stage of the design process. Having provided construction administration for several of the studio’s major projects, he thrives on the research of materiality and assembling of pieces into an inhabitable structure. His command and organization of complex projects accompanied by an innate optimism makes him an ideal collaborator and colleague.
